You contacted our telephone hotline (support) or sent us an email. The legal basis for the processing of this data is likewise Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, as this data is necessary for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

We process the data of your business card or your contact data, which you have submitted to us by other means. The legal basis for the processing of this data is Art. 6(1)(b) or Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR; we have a legitimate interest in establishing and maintaining contact with you. You submitted your business card or provided us with your contact data by other means so that we may contact you. For this reason, your interest in the protection of your personal data does not override our legitimate interest.

We maintain a database with parties potentially interested in our products. The data comes from publicly accessible sources or from commercial or professional internet portals or company directories in which you have made your commercial data publicly accessible. 4. How long is my data stored?

We process the data for as long as this is necessary for the respective purpose. Apart from this, we delete your data promptly once you have asserted your right of withdrawal.

Insofar as statutory retention periods apply – such as but not limited to commercial or tax law – the affected personal data shall be stored for the duration of the retention period. Following expiry of the retention period, we will check if processing is still necessary. If processing of data is no longer necessary, the data will be deleted.

We process your personal data exclusively in data centres in the Federal Republic of Germany or within the European Union.

7. Your rights as the 'data subject'
