If you are dissatisfied with Verimi’s handling of a matter or situation, please contact us and let us know your complaint. Please describe the current status of Verimi’s handling of your complaint and your desire for a solution. As a general rule, we will deal with your complaint within 14 days (within one month for data protection complaints) and will give you feedback as soon as possible. You can reach us Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. by telephone on +49 (0) 30 259 244 720 or by e-mail at service@verimi.com. In addition, you can lodge a complaint with the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), bodies authorised to lodge complaints pursuant to Section 60 (1) sentence 2 of the German Act on the Supervision of Financial Services (ZAG) or via the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform for consumers.
