We process the data of your business card or your contact data, which you have submitted to us by other means. The legal basis for the processing of this data is Art. 6(1)(b) or Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR; we have a legitimate interest in establishing and maintaining contact with you. We maintain a database with parties potentially interested in our products. 4. How long is my data stored?

We process the data for as long as this is necessary for the respective purpose. Apart from this, we delete your data promptly once you have asserted your right of withdrawal.

Insofar as statutory retention periods apply – such as but not limited to commercial or tax law – the affected personal data shall be stored for the duration of the retention period. Following expiry of the retention period, we will check if processing is still necessary. If processing of data is no longer necessary, the data will be deleted.
