In order to offer more secure and trustworthy identification and authentication solutions, Verimi has been successfully approved by the Federal Ministry of the Interior, for Construction and Home Affairs (BMI) according to the technical guidelines of the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) to the trust level „substantial“. As a BaFin regulated payment institution, Verimi is obliged to comply with the Money Laundering Act (AML).

Verimi does not market user data or health data. The data is matched at Verimi, and any status information is transmitted after explicit approval by the user in the respective application for the respective purpose and under the conditions of data protection.
